Annie Mist Thorisdottir is an experienced professional CrossFit athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She co-owns Crossfit Reykjavik where she also is a coach and trainer. Annie was the first female ever to be crowned winner of CrossFit Games on two occasions. She came in second place in the CrossFit Games of 2010 CrossFit Games and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir was an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion and media celebrity. She was the winner of CrossFit Games 2011 and 2012 twice, becoming the first female winner. A winner of The Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and 2017Annie has gained a lot of attention. Annie was born and raised up in Reykjavik Iceland along with her parents and brothers. Being a sports and exercising enthusiast since an early age, she took part in numerous school competitions and was awarded numerous medals. The first time she participated was time in 2009, in the CrossFit Games in California in which she performed well. Annie Thorisdottir was 31 years old older (as at 2021). She's 5' 7" tall and weighs 67 kilograms. Annie started CrossFit back in California. She did well in her first games and finished within the top 10 of 70. The team did not achieve any success in this tournament and she ended the tournament with a score of 11. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Under the coaching of Jami Tikkanen. Annie came in 2nd at the CrossFit Games and was awarded the Silver Medal that year. In the following year, she participated again in CrossFit Games and won them thanks to her outstanding performance. It was her first time as a woman to take home a gold medal in CrossFit Games. Annie was a winner, having outstanding 2012. CrossFit Games performance, became the first woman in history to win the two CrossFit Games. She also won a gold medal. In 2021, she took home with a bronze. At present, Annie is a coach and trainer in Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. Annie has gained fame for her athletic abilities has appeared in advertisements of athletic products, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration sidekick Yerbae Renaissance Periodization Transparent Labs and many more. In addition to this she owns a self-titled Youtube channel which has around a thousand subscribers where her training diet videos, family as well as travel videos are posted.
