Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born June 13th, 1962) is an American actor from the United States. After her debut film Bad Boys starring as a Brat Pack member in WarGames 1982 and The Breakfast Club '85 she was well-known as a member of the group. Sheedy earned an Independent Spirit Award Best Female Leading for her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy, an American writer and actor. Her film career began early in the 1980s with the film based on a crime drama Bad Boys, for which she earned a lot of praise. The film, which was helmed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other well-known actors like Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. After her debut film She was in 1985's comedy and drama The Breakfast Club. The film was written and directed by John Hughes is considered one among the most memorable high school films of all time. Though the budget was only $1 million, the film's earnings surpassed 50 million dollars. In the meantime, she was also being featured in various shows on TV including CBS Schoolbreak which was her television debut. The show was targeted at teens and started in April 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues were some other TV shows featured her in. Her most recent appearances includes Little Sister as well as X-Men Apocalypse, a movie about a hero where Sheedy appears as a guest. Sheedy has been recognized for her extraordinary appearances, was awarded numerous prizes. Sheedy was awarded the MTV Movie Awards' silver Bucket of Excellence Award 2005.
