Dwayne has served as the head pastor at Wellspring Church since 2007. He started the church in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is also a member of the board for the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director for Pastoral Care for the network. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne has a passion for training the next generation of biblical counselors. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has authored numerous articles online and is a co-author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Change Lives With God's unchangeable truth. Kelleman as well as Viars).
